Client Challenge
Field teams needed a reliable way to verify attendance, track visits, and capture meeting context without manual reporting overhead.
Proposed Solution
We built a SwiftUI app paired with FastAPI services for face verification, GPS trails, WebSocket updates, and Whisper-based meeting transcription.
Architecture
Mobile clients authenticate securely and stream location and media to async FastAPI services. InsightFace verifies selfies; Faster-Whisper transcribes meetings; PostgreSQL stores events for manager dashboards over WebSockets.
